In his creation, he created a distinctive artistic image through the combination of monuments and posts, the reference of calligraphy and painting, the melting and casting of different styles and the infiltration of different styles. His calligraphy lines are ingenious in simplicity; Font structure is dignified in danger; The rules and regulations are white, seeking balance in change; Through the unity of opposites of various contradictions, we seek to maximize the aesthetic value of calligraphy. It fully shows the beauty of strength, form, rhythm and artistic conception of calligraphy art, and shows the calligrapher's extensive cultural background, profound traditional skills, distinctive personality characteristics and profound understanding of calligraphy art. When commenting on Wu's calligraphy in 1994, Mr. Ouyang wrote: "Wu Xishu has gained a lot of experience in traditional skills for many years, and as for the research theory, he is also insightful and effective. He dabbled in all kinds of fonts, such as Oracle Bone Inscriptions, seal script, official document and even Zhong Ding Zunyi, and tried everything, which can be used for reference. Specializing in cursive script, he has his own strengths for Wang and Yan, and he can also choose casting well. It is particularly worth mentioning that he learned exquisite brushwork interest from many painters and integrated it into calligraphy. Therefore, his works in recent years are interesting and have a new look in ink, writing, writing, painting, ancient meaning and new feeling.
