The book publisher first threw a question to the army. What is the most important ability in interpersonal relationship? The initial answer is mostly about communication skills, and the answer is the theme of the day: the ability to ask questions. In this way, Xiang Jun guides everyone to quickly enter the understanding and thinking of the learning theme. Later, in order to test everyone's ability to ask questions, Xiang Jun also prepared several small questions in advance for everyone to choose according to the actual situation. The results show that most people have weak questioning ability. I belong to the very bad kind (/(ㄒㄒㄒ)/~ ~)
Later, Xiang Jun combined his own situation. For example, once his wife cooked a dish with too much salt, and the result blurted out: Why is this dish so salty? My wife was unhappy. If his wife cooks salty food next time, he will definitely not use such negative and reproachful questions, but use positive and guiding questions: "Wife, is this dish better if it tastes lighter?" It is estimated that his wife should be happy to accept his suggestion.
After the book publisher shared his own case, let everyone start to discuss in groups and implement A 1 (describe his own relevant experience). Everyone began to share their cases of communicating with others in a negative or positive way in life and workplace. Different questioning methods produced different results. After that, according to the cases shared before, members of each group began to change the way of asking questions according to the implementation of A2 (what should I do in the future), which is the core concept of the book opening gang.
The last link: the book publisher records the classic cases in the sharing, and makes the final activity summary according to the sharing results of the members. Of course, there are the most important photos ~ ~ ~
Two books were opened in this activity, and the average cost of each book was about 1 hour. The most exciting thing is that members share their relevant experiences and make changes.
