Nineteen of the "Longmen Twenty Products" are in Guyang Cave, and only one is in Cave 660 (Cixiang Kiln) outside Laolong Cave. Most of the masters of merit in these statues are princes and nobles, senior officials and Taoist monks in the Northern Wei Dynasty. They sang praises for Emperor Xiaowen or opened shrines and statues, prayed for the rich and helped the poor. Most of their names are recorded in history books. These statues are often related to the historical facts of that year. Therefore, Twenty Chapters of Longmen is not only the essence of calligraphy art in Northern Wei Dynasty, but also a representative work of calligraphy in Northern Wei Dynasty, and it is also a historical material with research value.
