Zhang Jianzhong, a famous painter, was originally named Zhang Xinlu, whose real name was Runhua. He was born in Gaomi County, Shandong Province, and was a member of the Anhui Provincial Political Consultative Conference. Representative painter of Huangshan Painting School, the first China member of United Nations International Art Education Association, member of China Calligraphers Association, member of China Artists Association, vice chairman of Anhui Branch of American Artists Association, consultant of China Old-age Painting and Calligraphy Research Association, lifelong honorary president of China Art Society, president of Huashan Painting Society and president of Huangshan Painting and Calligraphy Institute. He studied painting since childhood and painted Huangshan and Jiangnan scenery for a long time. Painters Shi Tao and Mei Qing went deep into nature and even took Huangshan Mountain as their teacher. For decades, he pursued art unremittingly. Out of his love for Huangshan Mountain, he browsed the works of Huangshan School formed in the late Ming and early Qing Dynasties, studied the pen and ink of his ancestors, collected historical materials about Huangshan Mountain and tried to figure it out. He visited Huangshan Mountain dozens of times, traveled all over 72 peaks, swam over steep cliffs and valleys, and flew over waterfalls. His works have been exhibited in Europe, America and Asia for many times, and he gave lectures and held art exhibitions in Britain, France and Ireland from 65438 to 0985. Invited to hold an art exhibition in West Germany. He was invited to give lectures and hold art exhibitions at the University of Hawaii. /kloc-0 was awarded the World Cultural Celebrity Award by the United States in June, 1994, and was included in the Who's Who of the World, which contributed to introducing and spreading China's painting and calligraphy art to the world.
