The Fushan Beili Community Neighborhood Committee in Zhang Gui Zhuang Street, Dongli District, Tianjin was established in March 1997, covering an area of about 0.08 square kilometers. The original land of Dongli Stadium, 1995, was approved by the district government, and the District Administration for Industry and Commerce, the Housing Authority and Yuhuan Real Estate Company built residential buildings here.
