The most fundamental goal of practicing Buddhism is to get rid of these worries. If a method cannot eliminate afflictions, it is not the teaching of the Buddha!
The Buddha is not asking you to seek immortality, nor is he asking you to seek ascension to heaven and become an immortal, nor is he asking you to seek wealth, fame, profit, official position, children, a partner, or further education. , pray for blessings, pray for peace... It’s not these, these are not Buddhism!
The Buddha taught us to truly understand our own body and mind and get rid of our own worries. This is Buddhism!
