1, Zhao Mengfu running script
There are many running script works handed down by Zhao Mengfu, and the posts suitable for beginners are: returning home, living in seclusion, five elements, humble room, rebuilding the Xuan Dian, Luo Shen and so on. These are valuable learning materials for us. If running script is the first choice for introductory posts, I'm afraid it must belong to Zhao Mengfu!
2. Wang Xizhi's Preface to the Holy Teaching
Preface to the Holy Teaching is the Preface to the Holy Teaching written by Tang Huairen and Wang Xizhi. Huairen, a monk in the Tang Dynasty, spent more than 20 years looking for Wang Xizhi's words, and the insufficient words were patched together by strokes. The Preface to the Holy Teaching is a good model for learning from Wang Xizhi. I remember when I was in junior high school, I used the holy edict as a teaching material in the writing book of senior one and senior two.
However, because the holy edict is a word engraved on a stone tablet, the engraved trace is heavy, and learning requires a certain understanding ability. Some people say, why can't we learn from Lanting sequence? Preface to Lanting is rich in techniques and demanding, and it is easy for beginners to get started.
3. Chu Suiliang's "Yin Fu Jing"
Yin Yin Jing, a large character, actually belongs to regular script, but it is written in running script. Learning it is very helpful for the transition of running script.
4. Su Shi's "Thousand Red Cliffs Fu"
Su Shi's post, at first glance inconspicuous, can cure many fishbone diseases and eliminate weakness and slipperiness. Su Shi's hand skills are superb, and his written words are dignified and powerful, penetrating the back of the paper and completing complex movements with tiny strokes. After reading it, it's like drinking tea. The more you drink it, the more fragrant it becomes.
5. Lu Jianzhi's "Wen Fu"
Lu Jianzhi is the nephew of Yu Shinan, a calligrapher in Tang Dynasty. There were four famous writers in the early Tang Dynasty, namely Ou Kun and Chu Xue, but Lu Jianzhi's skill in writing this book was no less than theirs. This article won the charm of Jin people, and few people in the Tang Dynasty could write this realm. Zhao Mengfu studied this post. There are only a few works circulating in Lu Jianzhi, so the title is not obvious.
