He was selected for the 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th and 8th national calligraphy exhibitions for young people, 6th and 7th national exhibitions, 1st and 2nd calligraphy exhibitions, 2nd and 3rd couplet exhibitions, 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th lettering exhibitions, 3rd Sino-Japanese Friendship Self-Poetry Calligraphy Exhibition and 3rd, 5th and 11th international lettering exhibitions.
His works were collected by Zhongnanhai and others. He went to Korea, Japan and Taiwan Province Province for cultural exchange and held exhibitions. He has edited and published more than 30 collections of calligraphy and painting works, including Selected Works of Yantai Calligraphy and Seal Cutting, Selected Works of the First Symposium on Calligraphy in Yantai, Selected Works of Photography in Celebrating the 60th Anniversary of the Founding of the People's Republic of China, and Calligraphy in Ninglan. He was awarded the first batch of members of Shandong Calligraphy Association and the title of advanced individual in Shandong cultural collection going to the countryside.
He used to be a member and judge of the lettering committee of China Calligraphers Association. He is currently the vice chairman of Shandong Calligraphers Association, the vice chairman of Shandong Printing Association, the chairman of Yantai Calligraphers Association and a national first-class artist.
