Zhang Gaiqin, female, party member. 1948 was born in Qingcheng County, Gansu Province, one of the birthplaces of farming culture in China and the hometown of the great calligrapher Mi in the Ming Dynasty. He studied in the Department of Chinese Painting of the Central Academy of Fine Arts. He is currently a member of the CPPCC, a member of the Standing Committee of Gansu Provincial CPPCC, deputy director of the Education, Culture and Health Committee of Gansu Provincial CPPCC, vice chairman of China Calligraphers Association, director of China Calligraphers Association, director of the Women's Work Committee of China Calligraphers Association, honorary chairman of Gansu Calligraphers Association, member of China Artists Association and librarian of Gansu Provincial Literature and History Museum. In 2006, he was awarded the title of outstanding expert in Gansu Province by the provincial party committee and government, and won the Dunhuang Literature and Art Award in Gansu Province. In 2009, he was awarded the "Outstanding Contribution Award" by the provincial party committee and government, and 20 10 was awarded the title of "National March 8th Red Flag Bearer".
