2. Baoying Ningguo Temple
Ningguo Temple was built in the 11th year of Zhenguan in the Tang Dynasty (AD 637). Its original site was at the east end of Yeting Road in Baoying County. It was named Ningguo Temple. Later it was renamed Ningguo Zen Temple, and it has been here for 1370 years. Monks and officials in the past dynasties built more buildings. Ancient county annals record that the gate of Ningguo Temple faces south, facing the street in front and the city wall in the back. It is large in scale.
