In the past teaching practice, although we have done some real work and made some insignificant achievements, we can't hide many shortcomings and problems in our teaching work. Although there are many reasons that affect teaching work, the main crux lies in many problems in our teaching staff and team building:
1, job burnout, ignoring the existence of problems.
