Yu Wen, whose real name is Zi Min, male, 1946, is from Laixi, Qingdao. 1968 graduated from the Department of Chinese Painting of Nanjing Art College, and is good at freehand brushwork of flowers and birds. Simple composition, fresh and bright style, unconventional. In recent years, he is especially good at painting bamboo, with strange painting methods, great momentum, vitality and appeal to both refined and popular tastes. Known as the contemporary "Bamboo King of China" by people in the industry. His calligraphy works are profound and varied, and are as famous as painting.
