Zhao Mengfu [Zheng F incarnation] (1254101October 20th-1322 July 30th), Zi Ang, Han nationality, Taoist No.,TaoistNo. Crystal Palace (called Taoist Palace), No. Xing Wu (now Huzhou City, Zhejiang Province) was originally from Lanxi, Wuzhou. From the late Southern Song Dynasty to the early Yuan Dynasty, he was an official, calligrapher, painter and poet, his grandson, the direct descendant of Zhao, and the king of Qin.
3. At the end of the Southern Song Dynasty, Zhao Mengfu served as Zhou Zhen's secretary to join the army. After Song died, he went into seclusion. In the 23rd year of Zhiyuan (1286), Zhao Mengfu went to Dadu under the recommendation of Cheng Jufu, an ancient imperial doctor, and was appreciated by Yuan Shizu, who awarded him the rank of doctor of the Ministry of War. Since then, he has successively served as Bachelor of Jixian County, General Manager of Jinan Road, Confucian scholars in Jiangsu and Zhejiang, Bachelor of Hanlin and Doctor Rong Lu. From sai-jo to Wu zong, ren zong and ying zong, courtesy comes and goes. He gradually retired in his later years and sought help due to illness for six years (13 19). In the second year of Zhi Zhi (1322), Zhao Mengfu died at the age of 69. He was named "Wen Min" by Pingzhang, Zhongshu Province, Jiangsu Province, posthumous title and Wei Guogong, hence the name "Zhao". He is the author of Song Xuezhai's Anthology and so on.

Zhao Mengfu is well-read, good at poetry and prose, proficient in Confucian classics and learning, good at calligraphy, good at painting, good at epigraphy, fluent in temperament and knowing how to appreciate. In painting, he created a new painting style in Yuan Dynasty, which was called "the crown of Yuan people". His paintings have a wide range of materials and comprehensive techniques, and he is good at landscapes, figures and flowers and birds. His books are based on Zhong You, Two Kings, Li Yong and Zhao Gou. Good seal, official script, truth, line and cursive script, especially regular script and running script. His elegant style of calligraphy, neat structure and skillful brushwork created Zhao Ti Shu, which is called "four masters of regular script" with Ou Yangxun, Yan Zhenqing and Liu Gongquan. In addition, Zhao Mengfu advocated learning from the ancients, emphasizing that "calligraphy and painting are of the same origin". His painting, calligraphy and painting thoughts have a far-reaching influence on later generations.
