Why did the emperor write an extra horizontal line when writing the word "shelter" in the Summer Resort?

There is a plaque hanging above the main door of the Summer Resort, which reads "Summer Resort" in four large gold-plated characters. It is the imperial pen of Emperor Kangxi. The font is thick and powerful, and it still shines even after hundreds of years. Hui; the four sides of the plaque are hollowed out and carved with patterns. It is simple, thick, exquisite and eye-catching. It is a rare masterpiece. If you observe carefully, you will find that the right side of the word "she" in "Summer Resort" should be the word "Xin". Kangxi wrote an extra horizontal line for the word "Xin", which became a typo. Is the extra horizontal line in the word "好" a clerical error or does it have another purpose? It turns out that in the Qing Dynasty, two characters for "evade" were used at the same time. No matter which way of writing was correct, it was a phenomenon of variant characters. Emperor Kangxi wrote this in order to pursue the beauty of calligraphy.

From a historical perspective, Emperor Kangxi in 1703 had achieved victory in all aspects and reaped brilliant achievements in economy, science and technology, and culture. The purpose of building the summer resort was to show his confidence in his future goal - "Eternal Construction". Therefore, Kangxi wrote the inscription in his own hand and changed the word "Avoid" to "Avoid" (an extra horizontal line under the character Xin). He intentionally wrote an extra stroke. No one suspected that he had made a typo, but it caused many learned people to speculate. His state of mind at the time. In fact, it can be said that this is also a casual expression of Kangxi's confidence after he defeated the three "vassals" and turned his focus to the northern border.

Judging from historical records, Emperor Kangxi specifically added that he believed: "This is a place to escape the summer heat, not to escape the heat." It turned out that the emperor was taboo because the word "avoid" had the meaning of "escape", which was unlucky, so he added a horizontal stroke with a stroke of the pen so that it no longer meant "escape".
