A large number of black glazed teacups have been unearthed in Zhenjiang Song cultural stratum. How much do you know about this?

Zhenjiang Yangzhong Yongxin Hall Southern Song Dynasty Jizhou Kiln black glaze paper-cut pattern teacup (see photo), 5.5 cm high, 10.5 cm in diameter and 3.7 cm in bottom diameter. Mouth slightly closed, inclined abdomen, small shallow round foot. There are scratches on the outer wall of the circle foot, which are low and thick. The inner wall of the cup is made of paper-cut decals, and the plum pattern is sandwiched with Feng Huangwen, while the outer abdomen is made of black and yellow tortoise shell patterns. The carcass is beige and loose, glazed all over, and the bottom is not glazed.

Paper-cut decals are made by sticking paper-cut patterns directly on the bottom glaze with high iron content, then coating a layer of bamboo ash glaze with low iron content, and firing at high temperature in a kiln. There are plum blossoms, double phoenixes, deer running, and water chestnut flowers exposed. There are books such as "Happiness from now on" and "Longevity of Turtle Crane". Black glaze mud is beige, loose in texture, not fine in elutriation, and brown in glaze. Because the iron content of glaze is lower than that of other kilns, and the contents of titanium, potassium, calcium and magnesium are relatively high, the black glaze after firing is brown. The teacups and pots burned in kilns are closely related to the famous tea production in Fuzhou, Fujian Province and the popular folk custom of "fighting tea". Lu Yu said in the Book of Tea. The origin of eight kinds of tea. "Lingnan gave birth to Fujian and Jianzhou ... delicious".

Zhou Jiang's General Record of Beiyuan: "Tea is the best in the world, and Beiyuan was first built". This shows that during the Tang and Song Dynasties, the tea produced in Jianzhou, Fujian Province was famous all over the world. During the Northern Song Dynasty, the famous calligrapher Cai Xiang was appointed as the "transshipment" producer of Fujian tribute tea. He described and recorded the whole process of popular "fighting tea" in Jianzhou in detail in the Tea Classic, and mentioned in the Tea Classic that "the tea lamp should go through the fire line. If it is a local black glazed tea lamp, it is light brown. Black glazed white tea lamp will set off white tea foam, which is the most beautiful. It is light brown.
