Qiu's introduction
Qiu (1936—), pen name Xiaoshan, born in Laizhou, Shandong Province, graduated from Northwest Normal University. He is currently a director of China Calligraphy Artists Association, a member of Gansu Artists Association, a member of Gansu Calligraphers Association, and the vice president of Gansu Calligraphy and Painting Research Institute. His works have participated in many exhibitions at home and abroad and won prizes, and some of them have been sent to Japan and the United States for exhibition, which is very popular. 1994 edited and published the book "Hundred Zi Mo in Ming and Qing Dynasties". Zhu Mo's "Four Seas Breeze" was published as a New Year picture by Gansu Fine Arts Publishing House with 1997. Personal exhibitions were held in Lanzhou in 2006 and Yantai in 2007, which were well received by people in the industry. Many works have been photographed by well-known auction companies such as Han Hai, and nearly 100 works have been published in newspapers and magazines, and have been included in Who's Who in China's Contemporary Art World, Dictionary of Modern Art between China and China, Dictionary of Celebrity World in Contemporary, Dictionary of World Outstanding Talents (Chinese Volume), Exhibition of Famous Artists in Momo, China, Famous Painters in the 20th Century, etc.
