Evonne's signature on the back of the picture was marked by later generations, and the gourd seal of "Chen Zitang Imperial Book Treasure" and "Imperial Book" in the upper right corner was also painted by later generations. After the volume, there are inscriptions by Rong and Deng Jian of the Southern Song Dynasty. Besides, Yi Deng Cong and Fan Yuepo are forgeries of later generations. At the beginning of this volume, there is a poem entitled "The Charm of Nature" in Li Hong's Emperor Gaozong of Qing Dynasty. Clear the title mark of Liang Qing.
This volume was collected by the Imperial Palace of the Northern Song Dynasty, with the seal of "Xuan He Zhong Mi" on it, and was later presented to Deng Xunwu, which was handed down from generation to generation. Until the third year of Qingyuan (A.D. 1 197), it was still kept by his great-grandson Deng Jian, and Zhu was named "the founding of Nanyang" and "the grandson of Mr. Er Jiang". At the beginning of the Ming Dynasty, he entered the Imperial Palace, and there was a half-seal of "Ji Cha Yin Si" on the scroll. In the early days of the founding of New China, when "Liu Ti Lu Yan Tu" just appeared in the Beijing calligraphy and painting market, it did not attract too many people's attention. Only Zhang Heng, an expert in identification, thinks that the harmony in the inscription and postscript behind this painting is forged, but this painting is a very rare and excellent original. Shanghai expert Xie coincides with this. After seeing the work, he decided to spend a lot of money on behalf of the Shanghai Museum to buy it from an art dealer in Beijing, but he hardly bought it at that time because the asking price was too high and there was no room for bargaining. Finally, after repeated research, Xie decided that it was indeed a rare original of "Romantic Son" and took the risk to buy the painting. As a result, this painting "Liu Yantu" has become one of the national treasures of Shanghai Museum.
