I also feel stressed and confused, and want to get away with it, but love and responsibility make me regain my confidence again and again. Faced with the problem of students' multi-level and uneven learning ability and habits, I carefully observe and study each child, understand their likes, care about their warmth and coldness, and achieve the harmonious effect between teachers and students. Usually, I pay special attention to students with difficulties, such as Zheng Junjie in our class. The family situation is very special. My father left home and went out, and my mother was ill. The financial conditions at home are very difficult. Later, when his mother died, he was raised by his grandparents. My grandfather is still hemiplegic and has been ill in bed for a long time. Nowadays, students are impetuous and difficult to meditate, so I use a few minutes after morning exercise every day to lead students to do meditation exercises. But today, I dare not relax my requirements for students. At present, our class implements the system of "daily reminder and weekly summary". The head teacher should be full of confidence in every student. Those who can become talents should become talents, and those who cannot become talents should become adults. I always uphold the educational philosophy of "educating people", and firmly believe that every child is a unique individual, and 99% of the students in the class can be well educated. Even if their academic performance is not good, he will become a good person and a successful educator. Experts say that the longer the class teacher works, the more serious the "teacher-oriented" psychology is. It is normal for students to be playful, naughty, active and fragile. I think it is helpful to change teachers' attitude and improve educational methods if we can understand and accept the psychological development law that life must go through. Therefore, in my work, I should keep my eyes open, look for children's advantages and strengths, praise them publicly, criticize them privately, be diligent in encouragement, pay attention to appreciation and try to help children develop. Of course, I am not opposed to correcting children's shortcomings, but I think that developing children's strengths and personalities is often the best way to overcome their shortcomings. For example, who studies more carefully in the morning and afternoon, who speaks actively in each class, who is praised and criticized in class, who gets excellent homework every day and so on. Even extend this detail to students' homes. There is a special homework in our class, that is, "Seven Must Do", which is to insist on completing such seven homework every day: one minute sit-ups, three minutes reading aloud, five minutes dictation, memorizing three words and completing one. The inspection of these contents is supervised by QQ group. I will carefully check these trivial learning things and these boring learning processes every day. The group leader comes to the office to report to me after the first class every morning and praises the students who have finished it in time.
