Han Futian, nicknamed Bohai Ranger, male, was born in Bei'an City, Heilongjiang Province in December 1954. Graduated from the Central Academy of Fine Arts. Vice President of China Ice and Snow Painting Research Association. National-level associate researcher. He once served as the director of Bei'an Mass Art Museum, chairman of the Municipal Artists Association, and chairman of the Municipal Federation of Literary and Art Circles. He is a member of the Heilongjiang Branch of the Chinese Artists Association, a member of the Heilongjiang Branch of the Chinese Calligraphers Association, a member of the Chinese Folk Artists Association, and the executive director of the Heilongjiang Folk Artists Association. The ice and snow plum blossoms in his works include the crystal clearness of ice and snow as well as the cold and proud plum blossoms, showing the proud posture of plum blossoms in the ice and snow. The artist used white space and the effect of different ink colors to vividly express "ice and snow", a subject that has always been difficult to express in traditional Chinese paintings, making us feel a cold beauty.
