I am a calligraphy lover. The earliest contact was Pang Zhonghua's hard pen calligraphy. At that time, I was still a student, practicing calligraphy and writing homework, and I worked very hard. As for the level? I don't know, but every time there is a blackboard newspaper in the class, the head teacher always puts me in charge.
Later, with the growth of age, I came into contact with more famous calligraphy, and I was able to distinguish different fonts slowly. The fonts used at that time were mainly regular script, such as Ou Yangxun and Liu Gongquan. Occasionally try to practice official script, running script and cursive script. But in comparison, regular script still has feelings.
After joining the work, the economic conditions improved and the spare time became abundant. This has created a good condition for me to practice calligraphy. I bought more books related to calligraphy and more exquisite pens, ink and paper. Since then, I have spent most of my time copying and creating calligraphy, and my level has improved rapidly.
For twenty years, my interest and hobby in calligraphy have been maintained. However, due to various reasons of work and family affairs, calligraphy practice has been intermittent and failed to persist. So the calligrapher's dream may be difficult to realize. However, if the mood comes, it won't hurt anyone to write a picture or two for someone occasionally. Really not, you can still hang at home and enjoy yourself, haha!
