Yangquan Teachers College is located in Yangquan City, Shanxi Province, covering an area of 503 mu, with a building area of/kloc-0.98 million square meters. The school, formerly known as Pingding Normal School in Shanxi Province, was founded in August 1949. In September, it was renamed Yangquan Teachers College 1985, and in March, 2022, it was upgraded to Yangquan Teachers College.
