I recommend some practice methods: you can start with regular script, learn Liu style first, and at a certain stage, you will feel that you are not strong enough, then learn Yan style, and when the calligraphy is not regular enough, learn European style, practice Zhao Ti instead, then dabble in Erwang, Lishu and Wei Bei, and gradually transition to running script and cursive script.
If the word structure is not good, you can type the word you want to practice on the computer, preferably in Song style, not too big, and leave a space next to it. Use a pencil to separate the structure of words, such as the left-right ratio, the up-and-down ratio, the position of a pen, etc. Mark it in detail, imitate it in the blank space next to it, and then draw a gourd ladle. Repeat this and you will soon master it. If the strokes are not good, you can find a relatively standard copybook, and you can master it quickly according to the above methods. Remember, the single practice structure should use standard song style, and the single practice strokes should use copybooks.
