(2) computer manuscript preparation: a, directly depicting fonts or patterns on the protective film with a engraving machine; B, stick the protective film of the engraved words or patterns on the engraved object, and also pick out the strokes to complete the manuscript.
Third, the specific carving method:
(1) Put the carved articles into the work box, and turn on the light source and exhaust fan in the work box;
(2) Turn on the power supply of the air compressor, and the air compressor starts to operate normally. When the pointer of the pressure gauge reaches 0.6, the lettering can be done. When carving, put the sand suction pipe into the sand bucket and shoot vertically at the font strokes and pattern lines on the carving, so that the lines are even and move slowly. If you want to carve deeper, you can spray it several times at the strokes or pattern lines of the font.
3 colors. Take the carved bearing out of the work box, clean the dust with a brush, spray paint on the font or pattern after shaking it evenly, and remove the protective film after the paint is dried.
