Do you want to hold the pen tightly or loosely? What do you mean, fingers are full and palms are empty?

Don't write too loosely or too tightly.

If it is too loose, the pen tube will fall off easily. If it is too tight, the pen tube will shake and your hands will get tired easily. Take cycling as an example. Novices often hold the handlebar tightly because they are afraid of wrestling, and as a result, their bodies are more likely to fall. Writing with a pen is the same as holding a handlebar, either loose or tight, just right. According to legend, Wang Xizhi, a great calligrapher in the Eastern Jin Dynasty, saw that his younger son was dedicated to practicing calligraphy, but he actually pulled out his pen from behind, but did not pull it out. Because of this story, later generations mistakenly thought that the pen should be held tightly. In fact, writing according to the above method does not require a lot of finger force to hold the pen tube, and the pen tube is naturally as stable as Mount Tai. It's not easy to pull it out.

The manufacturing method of palm paper money is as follows:

Put your forefinger and middle finger together and hook them with your fingertips in front of the pen tube. The thumb is on the left side of the pen tube, and press it to the right with your fingertips. The middle of the ring finger nail sticks to the middle finger and extends into the pen tube, and the little finger sticks to the ring finger. In this way, the five fingers extend around the pen tube, the phalanx of the thumb protrudes, and the palm is empty enough to put an egg in it. This is called "the palm is empty." What needs special attention here is that the thumb, index finger and middle finger must be together, the ring finger and little finger must be close to the middle finger, and the knuckles of the thumb must be prominent.
