Brief introduction of Feng Zhiyuan's calligraphy
Feng Zhiyuan, formerly known as Feng Shengyong, pen name calligrapher, director of China Calligraphers Association, director of Hong Kong International Calligraphers Association, invited member of Korea International Art Expert Committee, consultant of Qingdao Collection Appreciation Research Association, vice president of Qingdao Star Art School and invited professor of Qingdao Chinese University. Mr Feng Zhiyuan was born in 1933. He likes painting and calligraphy since he was a child. I graduated from Tianjin Academy of Fine Arts and studied painting and calligraphy. Then he focused on calligraphy and studied the calligraphy styles of famous artists in the past 50 years. His deeds and works were collected by Beijing Institute of Art, selected into Dictionary of Contemporary China Calligraphers, Grand Ceremony of World Contemporary Famous Calligraphers' Exposition, and awarded the honorary title of World Calligrapher. He has participated in the national invitation exhibition of Liang Wen's famous artists, the first and third national calligraphy and seal cutting exhibitions, the Seoul International Calligraphy Exhibition and the China-Japan Broken Chapter Calligraphy Exhibition, and won the title of outstanding artist in the Prince Cup Cross-Strait Calligraphy and Painting Exhibition. In addition, several personal calligraphy exhibitions were held in Harbin and Beijing, and a calligraphy art of Feng Zhiyuan was reported by Harbin TV and Qingdao TV four times. And won the gold medal in the Sino-Russian Art Exhibition and the silver medal in the 72nd anniversary of the Great Wall.
