Jinci couplets are couplets with Liu Dapeng as the theme of Le Tong Pavilion in Taiyuan in the late Qing Dynasty.

"Simultaneous corresponding, congenial, Fan * * * Happy holidays; There is no joy, no joy, and the joy is still the same. " This couplet was inscribed for Jinci Music Pavilion by Liu Dapeng, a juren from Taiyuan in the late Qing Dynasty. The pavilion was built in the early years of Qianlong, which means that scholars and ordinary people enjoy the same music.

Shanglian "responded with one voice and asked for the same gas." The original meaning is harmony between music and sound, and later it means that like-minded people echo each other. Qian Qiu describes the long years. "Qian Qiu Festival" started in Xuanzong of Tang Dynasty, which is the birthday of the emperor (Xuanzong was born on the fifth day of August). "Tang Yao Hui Festival": "On August 5, the seventeenth year of Kaiyuan, the left prime minister Yao, the right prime minister and so on. Please regard this day as the Millennium Festival. " Song Zhao Wei Yan said: "Ming Taizu began to set up the Millennium Festival, which is naturally set by the emperor or not." ("The foothills of the clouds are full of banknotes", Volume II) Tang Juyi's "Forest Wing" has "People are happy, and people are also happy." In the last sentence of the first couplet, that is to say, this sentence is changed to "Millennium Happiness Festival", which means that people from generation to generation will enjoy the Millennium Happiness. All-China Federation means that people with similar interests or temperament should understand each other, unite sincerely, seek common ground while reserving differences, and have fun with people all over the world.

"Le" in the second couplet refers to happiness and happiness. Happiness is the source of longevity, so "happiness is indispensable." But it is also "extremely happy", that is, joy and enjoyment cannot be excessive. "Book of Rites Qu Lishang": "I can't fill in my ambition, I am in bliss." Don't exceed a certain limit. Su Songzhe put it well: "There is endless joy in the world, and ease is pleasant." (Wuchang Jiuqu Pavilion) "Pleasure" is a happy thing. Ye Fan of the Southern Song Dynasty said: "A gentleman makes people happy with virtue; The king without virtue is satisfied with what he has done. The musicians are long, but the musicians will soon be. " (The Biography of Cang Gong in the Later Han Dynasty) The second part of the couplet immediately uses this language, which means that happiness is neither indispensable nor extreme, and we should link our own happiness with everyone's happiness. Because of people's happiness, the only person who can share others' happiness and enjoy the world in the future is the happiest person.
