Expansion: The history of Chongqing Normal University originated from the official East Sichuan Normal School in 1906, and the main body was founded in 1 year 1954, when it was named Chongqing Normal University; 1960, the school was renamed Chongqing Normal University, and in the same year, it obtained the qualification of undergraduate major setting; 1962 was renamed as Chongqing Normal University, and chengdu normal university merged at the same time; 1978 was renamed Chongqing Normal University again. 198 1 year; 1986 awarded master's degree. In May, 20001year, Chongqing Preschool Normal School merged with Chongqing Textile Workers' University. In 2003, the school was renamed; In September of the same year, Chongqing No.1 Normal School merged. In 20 17, it was approved as a postgraduate unit for promotion without examination, and in 20 18, it was approved as a unit for awarding doctoral degrees.
