Good is like water, good is like water, and life is like water. Being a man is like water: it can adapt to any environment, just like water, it can contain everything.
Of all the things in nature, Laozi admires water the most, and he thinks that the virtue of water is the closest to Tao. Water, colorless and tasteless, is square and round, without stagnation, only its shape and tranquility. It exists in nature in various forms, and nothing goes against nature. What is water like? Water is good for everything, that is, water brings benefits to everything. It's not a fight, it's a fight for interests. If the water is good, everything doesn't fight, that is, helping others without asking for anything in return. For the ideal manager, I call him a "saint", that is, the embodiment of "Tao". He said that lofty virtue should have the same character as water: "Good is like water, and water is good for all things and not disputed, and is evil for all, so it is a few words." Living in a good place, kind-hearted, kind-hearted, good at words, good at governance, good at doing things, good at dealing with people. My husband is not noisy, so it's nothing special. "He tried to set an example for people's behavior by the character of water: water itself is extremely weak and good at nourishing everything without competing with everything. If a person wants to emulate the selfless kindness of "water", he must be soft as water but tolerant of the world's mind and tolerance. Water, which embodies the goodness of Tao, has the character of "indisputable". What Laozi called "indisputable", in layman's terms, means striving for profit, fame and merit.
