2. Full-time teaching management personnel should have college education or above, intermediate or above professional titles, or national vocational qualifications above level 3, and have more than 2 years of vocational education and training experience;
3, should be equipped with relevant personnel engaged in vocational guidance and employment services;
4, financial management personnel should have the qualification certificate of financial personnel;
5, full-time teachers are generally not less than 1/4 of the total number of teachers, and each training major (type of work) is equipped with at least 2 theoretical teachers and practice instructors. Both theoretical teachers and practice instructors should have the required teacher qualifications.
(3) Having places, facilities and equipment suitable for the vocational training activities applied for:
1. The basic scale of running a school should be no less than 2 people.
2. There are training places suitable for the scale of running a school, and the lease period of the rented places is not less than 3 years; Having office space; The teaching place where theoretical courses are concentrated should reach more than 3 square meters; There is an internship operation place that meets the needs of internship teaching.
3. It conforms to the relevant regulations of environmental protection, labor protection, safety, fire protection and hygiene and the safety regulations of related types of work; Where students are enrolled in accommodation, their accommodation places shall comply with the relevant provisions of environmental protection, safety, fire protection and hygiene.
(4) Having teaching, internship and experimental facilities and equipment that meet the needs of teaching and skill training, and having sufficient internship stations.
1. Have a stable and reliable source of funds. Fixed assets should reach more than 2, yuan, and the registered capital should be more than 1, yuan.

3. Articles of association of the proposed training institution.
4. List of managers, teachers and accountants of the training institution to be proposed and qualification documents.
5. A valid certification document, real estate license or three-year venue lease issued by an accounting firm.

8. If state-owned assets are used to organize private training institutions, an intermediary institution with evaluation qualification shall be hired to make an evaluation according to the relevant state regulations on the supervision and administration of state-owned assets, and a report on the amount of capital contribution shall be determined.
iii. the municipal labor and social security bureau that conducts the audit shall conduct the audit according to the conditions and standards for the establishment of vocational training institutions:
