Wang Youdun is famous not only for his political and military achievements, but also for his calligraphy and poetry. He participated in and presided over the compilation of a large number of precious historical documents, such as the Annals of the Unification of the Qing Dynasty, and served as the vice president and dean of Pingding Jinchuan and Junggar Strategic Institute. In addition, he also created a large number of poetry articles, including 20 volumes of Collected Works of Songquan and 26 volumes of Collected Poems of Songquan, many of which were collected by the people.
