Brief introduction of Zhang Cai, a modern calligrapher

Zhang Xiaoqian

( 1876— 1972)

Bao Yun, formerly known as Zhang Xiaogan, male, Han nationality, is from Xiawaizi Village, Xiaotun Town, Liaoyang County. Born into a peasant family, he was admitted to the Natural History Department of Fengtian Provincial Excellent Normal School in the 32nd year of Guangxu reign (1906). Two years after graduation, he was employed as a teacher in Anton (now Dandong) Middle School. The following year, he was hired as the director of fasting by Liaoyang County Normal School (commonly known as East Normal School), and 19 13 was appointed as the principal of Liaoyang County Normal School by the Provincial Department of Education (2 years of the Republic of China). He changed the teaching of lecture notes to textbook teaching in Liaoyang Normal School. During his six years as principal, he worked hard and took school as his home. The school is well managed and orderly, and the school is very famous in the whole province. 19 13 Zhang Dang was elected President of Liaoyang Education Association.

193 1 After the September 18th Incident, he changed his name to Zhang Xiaogan and decided to retire. 1932 In the spring, under the repeated urging of Liaoyang County Education Bureau and the repeated persuasion of friends, she became the principal of No.8 girls' school in Liaoyang County, and soon became the principal of Sandaojie National Excellent School for Women. 1933, Liaoyang county education association resumed, and Zhang was re-elected as president. 1938, because of his different educational views from those of Japanese vice-principals, he resolutely resigned and returned to his hometown.

1965 In May, he was elected as a member of Liaoning CPPCC at the seventh meeting of the first Committee of China People's Political Consultative Conference, and was re-elected as the first, second and third members of Liaoning CPPCC.
