Li Ne was born in Yan 'an in 194, the youngest daughter of Mao Zedong.

I was admitted to Peking University in p>1959, with a four-year schooling, and graduated from the history department of Peking University in 1965 because I dropped out of school for one year. Under the name of "Xiao Li", he worked for the People's Liberation Army Daily.

On January 13th, 1967, the "Revolutionary Rebellion Commando" was organized, and the poster "Where is the People's Liberation Army newspaper going?" was posted to expose and criticize leaders such as Hu Chi (then acting president of Xinhua News Agency and member of the Cultural Revolution Group of the whole army), Song Qiong and Yang Zicai, which influenced the movement direction of the newspaper. He has served as the head of the layout group of the military newspaper (a reporter station of the Central Cultural Revolution and Express) and the head of the leading group of the editor-in-chief of the People's Liberation Army newspaper (equivalent to the editor-in-chief).
