Shanghai Calligraphers Association Exchange Exhibition

Adhering to the purpose of communication, coordination and service, Shanghai Calligraphers Association holds various calligraphy exhibitions to build a platform for calligraphy art creation and exchange. In recent years, in addition to holding the Shanghai Calligraphy and Seal Cutting Exhibition every two years, the Association has also held eight series exhibitions of young and middle-aged calligraphy and seal cutting works and three nomination exhibitions of outstanding young and middle-aged calligraphers in Shanghai. Shanghai Calligraphers Association actively carries out artistic exchanges at home and abroad to expand the influence of Shanghai calligraphy.

The Association held the Shanghai-Shanxi Calligraphy Seal Carving Exhibition, Shanghai-Zhejiang Calligraphy Seal Carving Exhibition, Shanghai-Jiangsu Calligraphy Seal Carving Exhibition, Shanghai-Xinjiang Calligraphy Seal Carving Exhibition, Shanghai-Henan Calligraphy Seal Carving Exhibition, Shanghai-Osaka Friendship City 25th Anniversary Calligraphy Seal Carving Exhibition, and the 655th session. Shanghai Calligraphers Association attaches great importance to the mass base of calligraphy art and strives to cultivate calligraphy lovers, especially young calligraphy lovers.

The Association also held Shanghai-Shanxi Youth Calligraphy Exchange Exhibition, Shanghai-Liaoning Youth Calligraphy Exhibition, Shanghai-Yunnan Youth Calligraphy Exchange Exhibition, Shanghai-Hunan Youth Calligraphy Exchange Exhibition, Shanghai-Beijing Youth Calligraphy Exchange Exhibition, Shanghai-Macau and Qinhuangdao Youth Calligraphy Exchange Exhibition, and Shanghai-Yokohama. Many exhibitions, such as Shanghai Youth Calligraphy Exhibition in commemoration of Dr. Sun Yat-sen's birthday137th anniversary, Shanghai-Taibei Youth Calligraphy Exchange Exhibition, Shanghai Youth Calligraphy Exhibition in commemoration of Comrade Deng Xiaoping's birthday100th anniversary, and Shanghai Youth Calligraphy Exhibition in commemoration of Comrade Chen Yun's birthday100th anniversary, have printed a number of Shanghai youth calligraphy and seal cutting works.
