Could you please help me explain the meaning of the poem "Su Yan Ping Jin" written by Cai Xiang of the Song Dynasty? Thank you!

Original text:

Su Yanpingjin—Song Dynasty·Cai Xiang

The sound of thousands of trees in the forest is singing, and the dense mist surrounds the chaotic peaks.

The tower stands at Shuangxihui, and when thunder and lightning strike, a sword appears. ?

At dawn, the city is full of people, and in the night, fishermen and firemen fight against the cold stars.

The painting screen used to refer to the lonely boat, but today the lonely boat is painting the screen.

Translation:

The vegetation is growing, the weather is desolate, and wherever the wind blows, thousands of sounds are singing together; the thick fog in the mountain forest surrounds everything, and only the towering peaks can be seen.

There is a tower standing at the confluence of two streams; there is thunder and lightning in the sky, and the flash of lightning cuts through the sky like a smart sword.

In the morning, smoke is everywhere, and people go to the morning market to welcome the rising sun after the rain; at night, the river is full of fishing fires, dotted with stars, and the starlight shines, attracting people to talk.

I once looked at the painting screen and pointed out the lone boat on the screen; today I am looking at the painting screen above the lone boat.
