Does Zhang Sanfeng exist in history?

Zhang Sanfeng, whose real name is Junbao (also known as Quan Yi), is a morpheme with the name Sanfeng. Wulin Supreme [1], ancestor of Neiquan, ancestor of Taiji, martial arts master and ancestor of Longxing calligraphy.

Zhang Sanfeng and hundred schools of thought have great influence in the Wulin, with the highest attainments [1]. He was a real person in the late Yuan Dynasty and early Ming Dynasty, a Taoist priest in Wudang Mountain and the ancestor of Five Tangmen. According to official records, Song Lizong was born in the seventh year of Chunyou (1247), won the top prize in civil and military arts at the age of 18, and was appointed as Boling at the age of 18. Zhang Sanfeng is the founder of Wutangmen Mountain [1], who is always called "the immortal of loyalty and filial piety". Ming Chengzu named "Six Immortals in Youlong"; Ming Yingzong gave the title "Tongwei reveals the real person"; Ming Xianzong's special issue is "Hiding a low profile and pursuing a true fairy"; Ming Shizong presented him as "a wonderful true gentleman"; Ming Xizong was named "Longfei Hua Xian Hongren Fuzhen King".

Zhang Sanfeng is the founder of Taoist inner alchemy and Taoist boxing [1], and he is a master of alchemy. He advocates that "happiness is self-seeking, and life is self-made". Zhang Sanfeng has established at least 17 martial arts schools, including Wuwangshan Mahu School, Sanfeng School, Sanfeng School, Sanfeng Authentic School, Japanese New School, Penglai School, Tanta School, Yinxian School, Wudang Dan School and Youlong School.

Rulers of all previous dynasties highly praised Zhang Sanfeng [1]. Many emperors in the Yuan, Ming and Qing Dynasties looked for him, hoping to get his true biography. Zhu Yuanzhang established the Ming Dynasty, and Zhang Sanfeng helped Hongwu seize the country. After Zhu Yuanzhang ascended the throne, he sent people to look for Zhang Sanfeng many times.

In the Ming Dynasty, he claimed to be the embodiment of Zhenwu Emperor, "Building the Forbidden City in the north and Wudang in the south" [1], sent the official ministers, Xin and others in Longping, and led 300,000 soldiers to overhaul Wudang Mountain Palace, which cost tens of millions. The imperial edict sealed Wudang Mountain, so Longhu, Wudang, Huashan, Jiuhua, Maoshan and Luofu Mountain flourished. [ 1
