An unforgettable reading method. 》

On February 26th, 65438, I read the second chapter, the three basic principles of psychiatrists' "photographic memory" reading method.

Principle 1: Never forget for ten years-reading method in memory-principle 2: efficient reading-fragmented time reading-principle 3: deep reading without speed-deep reading. Among the three basic principles of reading, what impressed me the most is the second method of reading in broken time. The author of this book finishes reading a book every day in his spare time, and makes up his mind to "finish reading this book before going home" before going out every day. If you make up your mind to read it on the same day, it is equivalent to giving yourself limited time. When the limited time comes, there will be a sense of urgency in your heart, which will promote the secretion of norepinephrine and enhance your memory. Set yourself a reading time, and you will manage your time well. How can we ensure that we have time to study? This question is equivalent to where you put the priority of reading time, reducing the time of things with lower priority than reading time and spending more time on reading. People who read a lot are good at time management, and reading is time management. Recently, I also joined a reading activity, reading 1 hour every day. During the day, due to low work efficiency, many fragments of time are not well utilized, or the priority of reading time is not given a higher position, which often leads to a page that can't be read at the end of the day. Only those who come back from work can finish their work at home and sit down and read. Sometimes people are particularly sleepy, and the effect of reading can be imagined. Through today's reading, I understand that reading is time management. In the future, I will use fragmented time to read more books, give priority to reading time and read more books every day.
