3. The selection is divided into two stages: in the first stage, about 700 participating works are selected from the submitted works through initial evaluation, re-evaluation and final evaluation, and then about 60 outstanding works are selected. The second stage, interview. The shortlisted authors participated in the on-site creation and cultural inspection, and made a comprehensive score according to the entries, on-site creation and cultural inspection of this national exhibition, and finally selected 42 outstanding works. After the review, the review results will be publicized in time.
4. Conduct spot checks and interviews on all shortlisted outstanding authors and some participating authors. Increase the proportion of spot checks and interviews, and severely deal with ghostwriting and plagiarism. Anyone who is confirmed as a non-author after interview will be disqualified from participating in the exhibition by China Book Association, and will be prohibited from participating in any exhibition sponsored by China Book Association for three years. The interview results will be published on the website of China Book Association and related professional media. Anyone who fails to attend the interview according to the specified time after receiving the interview notice is deemed to have given up his excellent participation qualification. Those who pass the interview shall be responsible for the round-trip transportation expenses by China Book Association (according to national standards). Anyone who finds plagiarism or reproduction of ancient and modern works (including ancient inscriptions and anthologies) that have been published in public publications shall be disqualified from participating in the exhibition and outstanding works.
5. Text review: When reviewing, strengthen the review of writing content, text correctness, seal cutting method and cursive method. Advocate cultural connotation and pay attention to literal norms. Excellent self-created poems and essays, at the same artistic level, are given priority as entry conditions and excellent works.
6. The evaluation takes the artistic quality of the work as the first factor, and encourages the author to concentrate on artistic creation. Among them, the form is excessively spliced and pasted, dyed and worn, deliberately smeared, etc. , the work will be affected by the reduction of points in the review.
