Yes, there is a seal collection association in China. On 20021September 19, the "Centennial Impressions of Elegance-National Seal Cutting Exhibition of Red Seal and Seal Collection and Research Committee of China Collectors Association" was unveiled at the China Millennium Monument. At the opening ceremony, Luo Baojian, Chairman of China Collectors Association, read out the decision on approving the establishment of the seal collection and research committee of China Collectors Association, and announced the members of the committee. The first chairman was Rong Tie, a seal engraver.
