The height of a tree means the whole tree is tall. This sentence comes from the poem "Singing Willow" by He Zhizhang, a poet in the Tang Dynasty.
"Jasper is as tall as a tree" means that tall willows are covered with new green leaves, and soft willows hang down like ten thousand green ribbons that flutter gently.

Jasper was dressed as a tree with ten thousand green silk tapestries hanging down.
I don't know who cut the thin leaves, but the spring breeze in February is like scissors.
Chanting Willow is a seven-character quatrain written by He Zhizhang, a poet in the prosperous Tang Dynasty. This poem is a poem about objects. The first two sentences of the poem use two new metaphors of beauty to describe the vitality and luxuriance of the spring willow; The latter two sentences compare the spring breeze to "scissors" in a more ingenious way, and vividly show the intangible "spring breeze", which is not only novel in conception, but also full of charm.
