Brief introduction of Zhao Boguang.
Zhao Boguang, formerly known as Zhao, is another department. 1934 was born in Tianjin. He is currently a member of China Calligraphers Association, a director of China Electronic Excalibur Society, a director of Tianjin Calligraphers Association and a consultant of Hongqiao CPPCC Calligraphers Association. He studied silk calligraphy, Han Li and small letters in Wei and Jin Dynasties under Mr. Li Henian, and was good at lettering, especially in inkstone engraving. His works 18 were selected into major national and international calligraphy and lettering art exhibitions, won the Excalibur Art Works Award for 5 times, won the Tianjin Luxun Literature and Art Award for 1993, won the Excellent Works Award for the Second National Lettering Exhibition for 1995, and won the title of "Top Ten Excellent Works" in the National Top 100 Calligraphy Exhibition for 1997. 1999 was awarded the honorary title of "Artist with Virtue and Art" by China Book Association. Huai Su cursive script has a modern interpretation. Some of his works have been collected by art groups or individuals in Zhongnanhai, Japan, the United States, South Korea, Singapore and other countries as well as Hong Kong and Taiwan. Participated in the preparation and design activities of Tianjin Huangyaguan Great Wall Forest of Steles. Inscription and preface for "Mao Zedong's Poems and Mo Lin" and "Zhou Enlai Deng Memorial Hall Bamboo Slips Joint Exhibition" (both have been engraved and permanently displayed). For Beijing, Tianjin, Shanxi, Hebei, Shandong, Henan, Hubei, Anhui, Guangdong, Guangxi, forest of steles, cultural landscape, Tianjin Confucian Temple and Shandong Confucian Temple. Biographies have been included in many dictionaries, such as Masterpieces of Contemporary China Calligraphy Art, China Fine Arts Yearbook, Collection of Paintings and Calligraphy Works by Famous China Artists in the World, Who's Who of Modern Calligraphy Masters in China and Who's Who of Contemporary Art in China, etc.
