The History of Wuhualou Gold Shop in Tianjin during the Republic of China

It is difficult to find the answer to the landlord's question on the internet, and Tianjin local chronicles are not recorded in detail, only some scattered information can be found. The history of Tianjin materialized building is roughly that Yan Xinhou, an early figure of "Ningbo Gang", opened a gold shop in Tianjin, mainly making bracelets, necklaces, locks, earrings, hairpins and rings.

Yan Xinhou (1838- 1907), formerly known as Yan Jingbang, also known as Xiaofang and Xiaofang, was born in Cixi County, Zhejiang Province. Famous industrialist, painter and calligrapher in late Qing Dynasty, one of the representatives of national capitalists in early modern China. Tianjin materialized building is just one of many industries he founded. He also founded Tongjiuyuan Machine Ginning Factory and Tongjiuyuan Textile Bureau in Ningbo, Tongde Salt Company in Tianjin, ZhangSa Ding Village in Laojiu, Yuanfengrun Bank and Siming Bank in Shanghai, and invested in Shanghai Water Supply Company and many factories.

I really can't find the sign number of the materialized building. Here is a picture of ornaments made by materialized buildings. I wonder if it will help the landlord.
