Reading and writing have always paid attention to maintaining a standard posture, but the degree of myopia is still rising. The reporter's investigation found that many teenagers who see myopia have such doubts. Professor Chu Renyuan, director of the Key Laboratory of Myopia of the Ministry of Health, said that the laboratory recently conducted a survey on nearsighted teenagers, and it was found that the biggest cause of myopia was not the traditional view that the eyes were too close to the books, but the wrong pen holding posture.
Chu Renyuan told reporters that not only the onset of myopia is related to the use of different pen holding postures, but also the deepening of diopter is related to the wrong pen holding posture.
The reason is that when a child maintains a standard sitting posture, if the thumb and forefinger holding the pen are pinched together or crossed, the fingers will block the line of sight, so that he can't see the nib clearly, and he is forced to bow his head or tilt his head to the left, thus narrowing the distance between his eyes and books, increasing the incidence of myopia and accelerating the development of myopia. On the contrary, if the thumb and forefinger don't touch, it is not only more scientific when writing, but also won't block the normal vision, ensuring the science of children's eyes.
Chu Renyuan said that according to statistics, about 95% of nearsighted students have the phenomenon of pinching or drawing pens, but the education sector is generally concerned about the influence of sitting posture on children's vision, but the correctness of holding pen posture has long been ignored. He called on teachers to constantly correct students' wrong pen-holding posture from kindergarten education and control the growth of nearsighted teenagers in this city from the source. ★ Rubber band fixed pen holding posture ★
. "First of all, put the pen close to the index finger, and the tip of the pen and the tip of the index finger are at the same level. At this point, write down the position of the pen holder corresponding to the root of the index finger; Then wrap the rubber band around this position (the number of turns can be determined according to the size of the writer's hand), and then extend the four fingers except the thumb into the remaining big circle along the direction of the pen tip; Hold an empty fist and make a correct pen shape. The rubber band will help the child fix his posture. " Teacher Jiang excitedly demonstrated to reporters as soon as they met, and reminded: "The rubber band should not be too small, and the edge should be round, otherwise it will easily hurt the baby's delicate skin after a long time."
At present, the "rubber band fixation method for pen holding posture" has been popularized in Class 1 and Class 4 of Senior High School. According to the class statistics of Mr. Huang, the monitor of this grade, compared with last year's enrollment of freshmen at least 1/3, the number of children with unstable pen posture decreased to about 5 ~ 10 this year, that is, between 1/40 ~ 1/20.
