Pu Lao's paintings and calligraphy works are deeply loved and collected by friends at home and abroad. His works were collected by Kofi Annan, former Secretary-General of the United Nations, Margaret Thatcher, British Prime Minister, Tung Chee-hwa, Chief Executive of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, Jiang Bingkun, Chairman of Taiwan Province Province and SEF. At the same time, his works were collected by the State Council, Great Hall of the People, Zhongnanhai, Ministry of Railways and United Front Work Department. Among them, the banquet hall of Quanjude Roast Duck Restaurant in Heping Gate, a time-honored Chinese brand, hangs Pu Laozhang's peony paintings and calligraphy works for people to enjoy.
Pu Lao is currently a director of China Artists Association, China Artists Association, China Calligraphy Association, China Collectors Association, vice president of Qingyun Painting and Calligraphy Institute of the Ministry of Culture and director of China Celebrity Association.
