Qin Guan (1049- 1 100), Han nationality, was born in Gaoyou (now Gaoyou, Jiangsu Province) in the Northern Song Dynasty, and was called "Four Bachelor of Sumen", alias Hangou lay man and Huaihai lay man. Is graceful and restrained, official to Dr. imperial academy, compiled by the National History Museum. Gaoyou Army (now Gaoyou, Jiangsu). At the age of thirty, I made friends with Su Shi.
Su Shi appreciated his poems and introduced them to Wang Anshi, who also liked them. Yuanfeng was a scholar in eight years and was awarded Professor Cai Zhou. Yuan You lived for three years (1088). Under the recommendation of Su Shi, he should be a "man of virtue and integrity, who can remonstrate" and give the emperor 30 suggestions. In the third year of Fu Yuan (1 100), Zhezong died and Hui Zong succeeded to the throne. At one time, he took a lenient attitude towards the old party. Qin Guan returned to the north this year and died in Tengzhou at the age of 52. However, Hui Zong soon severely cracked down on the old Party, and in the second year of Chongning (1 130), Qin Guan Ji was banned.
The Collection of Huaihai Idle Houses compiled by Yuan Feng in the eighth year contains only 1 12 poems and 49 articles by Qin Guan himself. When the main roads are rectified this year, if only based on this book, it may not suddenly increase to 720.
So the 40-volume Huai Hai Ji was probably compiled before the main road, but Wang Dingguo and others just modified it, adding three volumes of long and short sentences and six volumes of postscript. The Collected Works of Qin Guan may be the 40-volume Hai Huai Ji, which was banned in the Song Dynasty.
