Song Guanzeng was born in 1959. He is currently a member of China Hard Pen Calligraphers Association, Heilongjiang Calligraphers Association, Deputy Secretary-General of China Pastoral Painting Association, Chairman of Zhaodong Calligraphers Association, Editorial Board of Northland Hard Pen Calligraphy Magazine, member of the 5th, 6th and 7th CPPCC in Zhaodong, and the third prize of 1984 First National Youth Hard Pen Calligraphy Competition. 1986 won the third prize of the National Pen Calligraphy Competition; 1992 won the second prize of the 5th National Pen Calligraphy Competition; 1987 brush calligraphy was selected for the "new century" art exhibition, which was exhibited in the China History Museum; 1987 Pen Calligraphy was selected for the China-Japan Joint Exhibition, which was exhibited in Hangzhou, China and Tokyo, Japan respectively. In 2005 1 month, he won the "Creation Award" at home and abroad and the second prize of China Painting and Calligraphy Competition, and was selected as "China Painting and Calligraphy Artists Elite". In March 2005, the first Ren Bonian Cup National Painting and Calligraphy Exhibition won the first prize. In March, 2005, the writing brush lower case was selected for the 2005 International Calligraphy Seal Cutting Exhibition. In May 2005, Xiao Kai won the silver prize in the first "Painting Saint Wu Daozi" Art Museum's Contemporary China Famous Painting and Calligraphy Competition.
