He is kind and generous without seeking repayment, he is indifferent and has a humble ambition, just like water, and water here is a metaphor for a saint who has nothing to do with the world. Reaching the state of perfection is almost like a saint. This sentence can be understood as: Water has the virtue of nourishing all things. It enables all things to obtain its benefits without contradicting or conflicting with all things. Therefore, there is no greater goodness in the world than water.
