Xue Hongqun's Character Evaluation

The glyphs in Mr. Xue's cursive works are relatively broad, with occasional brushstrokes, which express the passion in the creative process. On the whole, the external contour of the knot method is slightly flat, and the glyphs are mostly symmetrical. Mr. Xue Hongqun's wild cursive script is in harmony with the founder of official script, the graceful and restrained seal script and the heavy and harmonious regular script. His calligraphy style naturally has a sense of Geng Jie. In recent years, his calligraphy works have been more and more recognized by the society and collected by some calligraphy and painting art institutions. "At the meeting, people and books are old", and this "old" environment should be a state of understanding and simplicity. From this point of view, Mr. Xue Hongqun's calligraphy creation seems to be mature at present. With its moral education, the subsequent "cultural" environment is believed to be more exciting.
