Mr. Hua's time planning method is mainly used in time management to help us do more things in the shortest time. For example, it takes 15 minutes to boil the kettle, and 10 minutes to wash the teapot, teacup and tea. Which of these two things should we do first? At that time, Mr. Hua took the most common housework as an example, which made people think easily.
According to linear thinking, it takes 15 minutes to boil the kettle first, and then 10 minutes to wash the teapot, teacup and tea. That will take 25 minutes. According to the time planning method, first wash the kettle, put the water on the stove, and then wash the teapot, teacup and tea leaves at the same time until the water boils.
After reading this text at that time, I often practiced how to make time more effective by studying and doing some housework. Until I had a family and children, the time planning method practiced since childhood helped me a lot.
For example, during the epidemic, my son and I were trapped at home 1 month, and my father couldn't come back from his hometown in the northeast. Every day, I have to take care of my children's life and study. In addition to online classes, there are homework assigned by the school and two remedial classes. His reading ability is very poor. I gave him reading homework, and his handwriting was messy, so he practiced it every day, and his expression ability was not good. I let him tell stories every day.
I want to exercise myself, and the most important thing is that it is difficult to buy food. I must find a way to buy the meat and vegetables I want. Dad used to cook, but I have to learn to cook three meals a day. The two days I just came back really collapsed, and I felt that life could not go on. Fortunately, three days later, I rearranged our lives according to the time planning method, freed myself from chaos and collapse, and spent this month happily.
Step 1: Make a list of all things to do.
My son must do: watch the clock (30 minutes audio), write a page of calligraphy, tell a short story (video) for three minutes, attend four online classes every day, do math homework, do math computational clock (20 questions every day), exercise for at least 30 minutes every day (skipping rope, doing exercises, and playing badminton downstairs later), and do homework in English remedial classes, Olympics, mathematics and Olympics remedial classes.
I have to do three meals a day, buy food, punch in 1 hour keep exercise, accompany my children to exercise, record reading clocks and small videos, correct homework and hand it in in in time, read books, work out 20 calculation problems every day, supervise my son's exercise, help him write and hand in homework for remedial classes, and always study what to eat next.
Step 2: Divide everything into daily and weekly tasks.
My son must do every day: read the clock (30 minutes of audio), write a page of calligraphy, tell a short story (video) for three minutes, take four online classes every day, do English and Chinese homework, punch in math (20 questions every day), and exercise for at least 30 minutes every day (skipping rope, doing exercises, and playing badminton downstairs later).
My son must do it every week: it's best to book the time in advance for what he wants to do every week. Homework for English remedial classes is done every Wednesday and Thursday. Olympiad math homework will not be done on Monday, and will be handed over to the teacher for correction the next day. The recitation video requested by the English teacher will be recorded on Friday and handed over to the teacher for correction on Saturday.
I must eat three meals a day, keep exercising 1 hour, play with my children, record videos of reading and playing cards, correct homework and hand it in in time, read books, work out 20 calculation problems every day, supervise my son to exercise and study what to eat for the next meal.
Do it every week: buy food twice (including fruits and snacks), help my son with his homework in the remedial class, and call his parents and in-laws to say hello.
The third step is to specify time for what must be done every day, and do short things with fragmented time.
The homework that parents in our class miss most in online class is reading and punching in. Many parents think that this matter is very simple, and wait until the children finish their homework. As a result, the homework was finished and everyone forgot this little thing.
My method is: do it immediately after breakfast in the morning, because the online class is coming soon, and I can't learn anything or do anything else in this fragmented time, so it is best to read books and punch in.
Every day, when my son starts to do his homework, I start to give him a clock-in question. Sometimes I forget or do other things, so I have to hand them in late.
The solution is: give the questions one day in advance, he will write today's homework and I will give tomorrow's questions. He won't delay punching in today's math because I have something to do today, and he won't be anxious because I want to give a question, killing two birds with one stone.
The specific schedule is as follows:
There are many things my son and I are doing at the same time, which saves time. Every day, my mother and I are calm and carefree, and we can arrange a day off on weekends.
Everything in the past is a preface. Mediocre people care about how to spend their time. Talented people try their best to use their time. As parents, everything we say and do will affect our children. Giving them the best time to manage their thinking and good habits is more valuable than anything else.
