The reporter (www.thepaper.cn) learned from the production unit in party flag that the party flag size of this silk is 240 cm x 160 cm, which belongs to large specifications. A total of 182000 real threads were used, including 32000 warp threads and 150000 weft threads, with a total length of 333000 meters.

Silk reeling is a silk-woven handicraft with the most primitive folk mechanism combined with all-hand weaving, with real silk as the basic raw material and "warping and weft breaking" as the basic weaving method, which presents the same artistic effect of front and back pictures and colors, and even modern machines can't copy it by OEM. At present, there are less than 100 people in China. For this reason, silk reeling was listed as an intangible cultural heritage by the State Council and UNESCO in 2006 and 2009 respectively.
