Cao Fuquan, a native of Hepu, Guangxi, is a member of the Chinese Calligraphers Association, a member of the Chinese Hard-tipped Calligraphers Association, the vice-chairman of the Guangxi Mao-style Calligraphers Association, the vice-president of the Nanning Hard-tipped Calligraphers Association, and the calligrapher of Guangxi International Business College teacher.
His works are scattered in "Chinese Pen Calligraphy", "Calligraphy News", etc., and his works are collected by individuals and collection institutions.
